Luminous Yoga Renewal Workshop
Join Leia Layus for a transformative renewal yoga workshop designed to facilitate your personal growth and shift your mindset as you emerge from the stillness of winter into the vibrant awakening of spring.
This enriching three-hour experience will begin with a grounding meditation, accompanied by an insightful discussion centered around the Yoga Sutras, which will guide our reflections on the theme of renewal.
Gently transition into SATYA yoga, a soothing yin-style practice that invites you to connect deeply with your body while enhancing circulation and promoting lymphatic drainage. Embrace the wisdom of Chinese Element Theory, and explore the invigorating wood element through a Slow Vinyasa Flow, allowing for a harmonious blend of movement and breath that aligns you with the energy of the season. Settle into Restorative Yoga, a nurturing approach that fosters deep relaxation and a sense of tranquility.
Weave together the lessons of the day with thoughtful journaling prompts, encouraging you to reflect on and integrate your experiences as you embrace the renewal and prepare for the coming of spring.

SATYA yoga
A SATYA yoga practice of slow, methodical, and rhythmic movements to rest the body and mind, facilitating lymphatic drainage and gentle stretching. This is followed by long-held restorative poses supported by props.
