Holistic Therapy for the Inner Landscape.

space to explore, understand, and relate more deeply to your inner world.

  • Therapy is a space to slow down and turn toward what is asking to be seen.

Together, we explore patterns, emotions, and life transitions with care—creating room for greater awareness, choice, and integration.

My approach is both relational and somatic, supporting not only insight but also a more grounded, embodied experience of self.

  • My work is rooted in Integral Counseling Psychology and informed by somatic awareness, attachment theory, and Eastern philosophy.

I view healing as a process of integration—where different parts of the self can be understood, felt, and brought into relationship with one another.

    Our work may include:

        •    exploring relational patterns

        •    increasing emotional awareness

        •    working with the nervous system

        •    understanding protective strategies

        •    supporting life transitions and identity shifts

Therapy becomes a space not to “fix,” but to gently reorganize how you relate to yourself and your experience.

    •  Anxiety and overwhelm

    •  Relationship patterns and attachment

    •  Life transitions and uncertainty

    •  Self-worth and identity

    •  Emotional regulation

    •  Burnout and stress

    •  Integrating past experiences

    • Couples Therapy informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Techniques, Attachment Theory

  • Clients often describe this work as grounding, clarifying, and gently transformative.

Our sessions move at a pace that allows for depth without overwhelm—balancing reflection with present-moment awareness.

This is a space where all parts of you are welcome, and where change unfolds through understanding, not force.
